Directions:

Just get toRobbinsville any way you can. Once in Robbinsville go to the light across from Ingles supermarket and Kerr Drug. You are 10 miles exactly to the cabin from here. Now go straight on Hwy 129 North towards Tennessee 1.4 miles out of town till you come to Hwy 143 on your left, here you will also see signs for Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest, and Cheoah Ranger Station the local name for this road is Massey Branch.  Go left,  which is the only way here.  Now stay on it till you come to the stop sign, about 3.3miles up the road. You will come to Snowbird Rd it will also say West Hwy. 143 but this is Snowbird Road. Go right exactly 44.4 miles to West Buffalo Road, NOTE: about 2 miles it turns into Santeetlah Road but it keeps going straight. So just stay Santeetlah Road and go straight. Just before you come to a large bridge you will see West Buffalo Road on your left. Turn left here and keep going 5.1 miles. When the asphalt ends you will have one mile to go. Don't turn till you come to the dirveway. Don't turn up Huffman Creek Road on the right. As you are going up the dirt road you will cross a small bridge, immediately on the left past the bridge is the Cabin. It has a red roof and split rail fence in the front yard.

We should take this time to tell you a little about the property. First what to be careful of. The creek can get very high quick. If its rainning keep an eye on it and keep an eye on children around it. Be attentive to fire bans from the US Forest Service, if its dry and windy think twice about campfires. Snakes, Bears, Wild Hogs no more a problem here than anywhere else. If your allergic to bee stings bring the proper medication. If you bring horses or ATVs please be as gentle on the lawn and road as you can. If it is real hot if you would water the plants we would appreciate it. Help yourself to the tomatoes or blue berries or grapes.
