Rates

We will rent by the night in the off season. Please call or email for nightly rates.

We rent Saturday to Saturday in season. There is a $50 pet fee if you bring a pet or pets.

One fee covers all pets. We ask for a $350 deposit to hold a reservation.

You can send us a personal check and pay the balance upon arrival.

No time is considered rented until a deposit is in hand.

If you are in a hurry and willing to pay the fee we do accept PayPal.

A word about Pets

 $50 non-refundable pet fee

 Owners must agree to pay for any

 damages pets may cause

Please don't leave your pet alone in the house

if they are not used to strange places

Our Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel let us know immediately and

we will relist the week. If we can not rent

it we will keep your deposit to offset our loss.

If we can rent it we will promptly return your deposit.
